SYNOPSIS
Through the children’s eyes, La Paz de los Cementerios narrates a true story of survival and brotherhood taking place amid the abuses committed by a priest during the Spanish post-war period in an environment where fear wields its power to silence society.

BIO DIRECTOR
Screenwriter and Director for fiction and documentary, with notable works including the short film Pulse 0 (2017), the feature film El Pomo Azul (2017), awarded Best Social Feature Film at the Cerdanya Film Festival and nominated for Best Independent Feature Film at the Blogos de Oro 2018. Additionally, the documentary film Una Mañana Fría won Best National Feature Film at the 28th Madrid Film Festival, Atresmedia Award – Ponle Freno, and Medal of Merit from the Ministry of the Interior of Spain, among others.
An active professional in the industry, she has served as an Art Director in over 30 projects, spanning fiction, advertising, and music videos. Notable projects include co-productions of period feature films such as España-Marruecos Palestina (2018) and Lalla Aicha (2019). In 2020, she contributed to the art of the international series Glow & Darkness and, in 2022, Un largo viaje. She currently holds the position of Director of the Master’s in Art Direction for Film at The Core School.
In 2022, she, along with Luis Centurión, founded their audiovisual production company, Ilíada Films. Since its establishment, the company has co-produced four fiction projects, and she is currently preparing her third feature film as a director, El Pescador del Tajo (International co-production Spain-Portugal), currently in development.
