For more than 50 years, national and international oil companies have been extracting oil from the Amazon with the greatest biodiversity on the planet, threatening the lives of indigenous communities with the complicity of the Ecuadorian Government. They are the so-called: Sacrifice zones.

BIO DIRECTOR
Nagore Eceiza is a director, editor, cinematographer, and colorist. She founded El Santo Films, where she produces documentaries and offers technical services in audiovisual, film, and series productions. Strongly identified with the social documentary genre, she has participated in cinematic productions in Newfoundland, Ecuadorian Amazon, Cape Verde, Paris, Algeria, Israel, Ethiopia, Angola, Mozambique, Mexico, India, and Puerto Rico.
