Film que indaga sobre el rol que ocupa la mujer en la cultura del tango, a través del lenguaje lunfardo. El tango revela las poéticas de la explotación de las mujeres de Buenos Aires a principios del siglo XX.

Film that it investigates on the role that the woman occupies in the culture of the tango, across the language lunfardo. The tango reveals the poetics of the exploitation of the women of Buenos Aires at the beginning of the 20th century.
MARIA PAPÍ
María Papi es un artista Argentina que vive y trabaja en la ciudad de Buenos Aires. Formada en la Universidad Nacional de las Artes (UNA), con entrenamiento artístico y académico multidisciplinario (UBA -‐ Universidad Nacional de Buenos Aires; Centro Cultural Rector Ricardo Rojas UBA; otros), trabaja principalmente como autora, realizadora audiovisual y performer.
Sus obras han participado en Festivales Internacionales de Cine, como el Festival Internacional de Cine de Mar del Plata, Festival LIBERCINE, Festival de Cine Latinoamericano de La Plata FESAALP, Festival Bataclán Internacional de México, MetaFest de Bielorrusia y Berlin Feminist Film Week de Alemania. También, participa en Ferias de Arte Contemporáneo y Eventos artísticos y espacios dedicados al videoarte emergente alrededor del mundo, como MARTE (Feria Internacional de Arte Contemporáneo) y la Nit de l’Art 2015 de Castellón, España; “INtransit” (con proyecciones en cines de USA, México, y Colombia en 2010) y la Edición en DVD “Scientific American / La América Científica: Métodos de Investigación|V. 6o: Videoarte”.
Desde el año 2004, María co-‐dirige CaRaCoLStuDiO, junto a su compañero, el compositor musical Carlos Páez. Forman un equipo de trabajo artístico, creativo y de realización integral para las artes audiovisuales, musicales y escénicas, principalmente de Argentina.

MARIA PAPÍ
Maria Papi is an artist Argentina who lives and is employed at the city of Buenos Aires. Formed in the National University of the Arts (THE) (ONE), with artistic training and multidisciplinary academician (UBA—National University of Buenos Aires; Cultural Governing Center Ricardo Rojas UBA; others), her works principally as authoress, audio-visual producer and performer and have taken part in International Festivals of Cinema, as the International Festival of Cinema of Mar del Plata, Festival LIBERCINE, Festival of Latin-American Cinema of La Plata FESAALP, Festival Bataclán Internacional of Mexico, MetaFest of Byelorussia and Berlin Feminist Film Week of Germany.
She also takes part in Fairs of Contemporary Art and artistic Events and spaces dedicated to the emergent videoart as MARTE (Feria Internacional de Arte Contemporáneo) y la Nit de l’Art 2015 de Castellón, España; “INtransit” (con proyecciones en cines de USA, México, y Colombia en 2010) y la Edición en DVD “Scientific American / La América Científica: Métodos de Investigación|V. 6o: Videoarte”.
